On Thursday evening, May 9, 2024, Minister Fred Lowery knew it was well with his soul and embraced his transition quickly as the Angel of Death visited him and summoned him to rest and await the dawn of eternal bliss.
Frederick Lowery, the son of the late Mr. Richard Baker and Mrs. Catherine Lowery Gaddy, was born on July 22, 1968, in Chesterfield, South Carolina.
Minister Lowery grew up in Gatewood Station AME Zion Church with his late grandmother, Reverend Orlean F. Allen. He later joined Sneedsboro AME Zion Church, where he served in many capacities throughout his tenure. He later joined House of Faith Outreach Ministries and remained a faithful Sunday School and Bible Study Teacher and Minister under the leadership of his Pastor, Pastor Cindy Wiggins.

Frederick attended Anson Senior High School and graduated with the class of 1988.
On August 28, 1999, he married his soul mate and the love of his life, Mrs. Karen Smith Lowery, and to this union, two children were born.
In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing with his son, working in his garden, playing with his dog, Blue, praising and worshipping God, and most of all studying Godβs word.
