I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I had the opportunity to come in contact with Ms. Ratliff on many occasions at the Anson County Court House when requesting death certificates, applying for my marriage license, or when I was an executive of a loved one's estate. Ms. Ratliff was very resourceful and guided me through the process until the end without the need of an attorney. Praying that our heavenly father will place his lovely arms around each one of you during your time of sorrow. Remember God will take care of you. The McCoy Family of 608 East Wade St.

Brenda was a wonderful lady. I had the opportunity to get to know her while she worked at the Clerks Office. She always went above and beyond to help us at the Sheriff's office any way that she could. She always had a kind word to say and was just a beautiful person inside and out.
