Fond memories of Mrs. Bouie comes to mind remembering her as my freshman home economics teacher where I learned to sew and cook. She let us girls make our own tie-dye t-shirts. We had a blast! My sincere condolences to her family. RIP "my good and faithful servant." Tina (Blackman) Pollock
As reported, "The story of a life is told not in years but in deeds." In Acts 9:6b, Dorcas was remembered for her good works and acts of charity. Likewise, Dorothy served her beloved church, Tallahassee community and the citizenry of Florida, especially during our tenure in the Florida Department of Education. In the words of Daniel 12:13, "But as for you, (Dorothy) go on your way until the end. You will rest and then at the end of the days you will rise again to receive the inheritance set aside for you." Goodnight, I will see you in the morning! Reverend Leatricia A. Williams
