To the Johnson Family. Your Father and Brother Eddie will be deeply missed. He was the epitome of a Good Neighbor. We all grew up in "The Quarters" together, we moved to different neighborhoods, but our families were very much alike. Our families moved but never left "The Quarters".... The Johnsons were always visiting their Mama, sitting on the front porch and our family would meet at Mama's house almost every day and especially Sundays. Eddie truly "Loved Thy Neighbor". Our family will be forever grateful for the Love he showed for Mr. Ben and Mrs. Florida before they too were called home to be with The Lord. Eddie L. Johnson rest in peace. I was deeply saddened to hear about your death Eddie . You will be greatly missed by the whole neighborhood. The Johnsons have been a neighborhood staple for generations. This broke my heart to hear abut Eddie passing. He was so nice and always laughing and saying something funny when i was at my family house. I will miss seeing him on the porch when i pass through. My condolences to the family and he will be greatly missed. I will be lifting you all up in prayer.

Mr.Eddie, was well loved and respected by many,his passing was a surprise and broke many hearts.My heart is still full of tears that's going 2 take a long time 2 dry out. I'm definitely going 2 miss him napping on the porch,checking the mail and most definitely passing by blowing his horn.Mr.Eddie you will be missed and remembered.
