Patrick or as most of us called him "Pete". You were one of the most kindness individuals I ever had the pleasure to refer to as my friend. Even while dealing with your own pain, you still made time for those you loved down to the end. I will miss you and when I look at your family, I see you in many of their features especially in your children. Until the resurrection. Shawanda Williams
First of all I would like to send my sincere condolences to family, friends and everyone that encountered Pete! He called me 'Sharunda Ann' (a name he made up...only he could call me that)...Pete was family to me! We had great times! I knew him ever since I met his cousin (Meat) and automatically we became like fam! I will forever miss and love him! My cousin (Clarence Duncan) was his best friend and we will always cherish memories of him!!!
Truly an angel of mercy! Patrick was one of very special individuals I was so blessed and privileged to know.
Patrick was part of our team at CMS. He cared deeply about the families he worked with and was a great coworker. We will miss him as a teammate and a friend. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
I would like to extend my condolences to the Mitchell family.
I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss off Patrick. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick at Capital Area Community Action Agency. I will miss him calling for client referrals. He was a kind individual and a joy to work with.

Memory: Patrick I am going to miss you like crazy. You were a friend, brother, and someone who I could call up and talk too about anything and stop by without calling 😊 and you never got mad when I did. Knowing that I want be able to stop by whenever I want to I'm going to miss hearing you say "Meka" anymore really bothers me but I know you're in a better place. I'm happy that you were a part of my life. You will never be forgotten bro! My Condolences to the Family!
Love Always, Tomika Thomas
