Obituary For Evangelist Clementine Little Kendrick

Evangelist Clementine Little Kendrick was born on February 14, 1951 to the parents of Mrs. Christine Johnson Little and the late Mr. Homer James Little in Thomaston, Upson County, GA. She was educated in the Upson County School System and attended Drake High School. She went into the work force at the tender age of 16 and was employed at Thomaston Mills. She met Mr. Larry Kendrick; and, on March 21, 1977, they were united in holy matrimony. They shared a beautiful life together of forty-four years, with two children being born to their union. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her savior. She later joined the Temple of Faith Revival Center. She received her calling from the Lord and was ordained an Evangelist on April 10, 2000. She loved going to church, preaching the Word of God and was faithful to her calling. She loved her family dearly, especially her mother, husband, and children. She loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. During her leisure time, she enjoyed shopping, talking on the phone, and watching Steve Harvey and Life Time Movies. She loved to laugh, and she loved living life to its fullest. She was preceded in death by her father; three brothers, Charlie Little, Willie Little and Jessie James; a sister, Mary Barber; and a nephew, Brandon Barber. On Sunday, May 2, 2021, the Lord called her home from labor to reward. She answered the call and went home to be with the Lord. Her work is completed and now cometh rest for her soul. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Mr. Larry Kendrick of Woodbury, GA; her mother, Mrs. Christine Johnson Little of Thomaston, GA; two children, Ms. Kizmet Kendrick and Mr. Larry LaKeith Kendrick both of Woodbury, GA; three brothers, Mr. Larry (Cora) Little, Mr. Chad (Kona) Woodard both of Thomaston, GA and Mr. Charles Willis of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Mrs. Juanita Worthy of College Park, GA, Ms. Martha Jo Willis, Mrs. Natalie (Kenneth) Childs, Ms. Philana Acey and Ms. Kenya Acey all of Thomaston, GA; a devoted cousin, Mrs. Ethel Jean (Maynard) White of Thomaston, GA; a host of other sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
