Bruce Leon Ferguson, was born on March 27, 1960, in Thomaston, Upson County, to the late Ms. Imogene Copeland Burnett and Mr. Charles Ferguson. He peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication.
Bruce Received his education in the Upson County School System. A Devoted husband and father, he worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He was also a true entrepreneur, proudly owning and operating Cut For Less Lawn Care, Sure Shine Car Wash, and his pool hall. Through hard work and determination, Bruce Built a life of independence and success.
Known for his vibrant personality, Bruce Loved being surrounded by family and friends. He had a natural gift a of humor and was often the one to bring joy and laughter to any gathering. Stylish and confident, he carried himself with pride, and his words left a lasting impression, one of his favorite sayings being: “I don't need no president.” On February 10, 2021, Bruce was united in marriage to Mrs. Crystal Sullivan Ferguson in Thomaston, Georgia. He cherished his family deeply and leaves behind countless memories that will forever be treasured.
He is Survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Crystal Sullivan Ferguson of Thomaston; two beloved children, ZiCyrion B. Ferguson and Amodesty Z. Ferguson, both of Thomaston; two sisters, Ms. Cynthia Burnett of Thomaston and Mrs. Connie (Freddy) Walker of Locust Grove; three brothers, Mr. Lester (Betty) Copeland of McDonough, Mr. Ronnie (Stephanie) Burnett of Enterprise, Alabama, and Mr. Jimmy Green of Atlanta; one aunt, Ms. Louise Copeland of Atlanta; a sister-in-law, Ms. Kimberly Sullivan of Thomaston; and a devoted friend, Mr. Alfred (Deborah) Trice of Atlanta. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends will also carry his memory in their hearts.
Bruce Leon Ferguson lived a life filled with purpose, hard work, and joy. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit, laughter, and love will remain with all who had the privilege of knowing him.
