Obituary For Mr. Lee Edward Rogers

Mr. Lee Edward Rogers was born on August 25, 1964, in Forsyth, Monroe County, Georgia to the late Mrs. Minnie Clements Rogers and the late Mr. James Rogers, Sr. He received his education in the Monroe County School System. To know Lee was to love Lee. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed dedicating his time to working until his health wouldn’t allow him. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, having cookouts and fish fry’s. Lee was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, James Rogers, Jr., Roy Rogers, and Ricky Rogers; and one sister, Mary Rogers. On September 18, 2021. Lee was able to triumphantly declare that he had fought a good fight and ran his race; and through it all, he kept the faith. He was called from this earthly realm to the realm of eternity, receiving the ultimate promotion possible. Lee leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughters, Ms. Na ‘Tanjamicia Rogers and Ms. Brittany Alsobrooks of Thomaston, GA; one son, Mr. Kevin Taylor of Forsyth, GA; three grandchildren, Branquans Parks Brankeylan Parks and De’Mari Henderson; three sisters, Ms. Sallie Rogers and Ms. Louise Bentley both of Forsyth, GA, and Mrs. Burnell (Mike) Evans of Jackson, GA; two brothers, Mr. R.C. Rogers and Mr. Jimmy Rogers both of Forsyth, GA; a devoted friend, Ms. Evangelline Acey of Thomaston, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
