Obituary For Mr. Lee Zorn

Mr. Lee Zorn was born November 17, 1947 to the late Mrs. Clementine McKenzie Zorn and the late Mr. J.C. Zorn in Thomaston, Upson County Georgia. His early education was in the public school of Upson County. At an early age, he joined the Wilderness Baptist Church. When he reached manhood, he found employment with Thomaston Mills. He was employed there for over twenty-five years. He was a loyal and faithful employee. After the closing of Thomaston Mills he found employment with the Upson County Road Department for ten years. Lee shared a long-time friendship with the late Johnnie Mae Reviere. Her children looked up to him as a father figure. Lee lived a very simple life. He was contented to riding around town and enjoying the value of life spending time with family. During his leisure time he enjoyed fishing when he wasn’t working. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Robert Sherman, Stanley Zorn, and Clarence Zorn. On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, his spirit took flight and return to the heavenly Father. He is now free of sickness, pain and sorrow, and all restless nights. He cane rest now.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one son, Mr. Remon Zorn, six grandchildren; one step-son, Mr. Dexter (Terri) Reviere; one sister, Ms. Queen Zorn and one brother, Mr. John Zorn all of Thomaston, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
