Mr. Ross Rouseau was born July 26, 1958 to the late Mrs. Lillie Mae Trice Rouseau and the late Mr. Bennie Rouseau in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia. He was educated in the public school of Upson County and attended Upson High School. He later joined the Job Corp and earned his GED.
When he reached manhood, he was employed at Thomaston Mills. He was faithful and dedicated worker for many years. He was united in marriage to Ms. Betty Draine on February 27, 2000. He was a good provider and loved her children as his own.
During his leisure time, he enjoyed grilling, working out, watching movies, listening to music and eating a good meal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Tommy Rouseau and one daughter, Brittney Rouseau. On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, the Lord called his name. He answered the call and his spirit went home to rest. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Mrs. Betty Draine Rouseau of Thomaston, GA; seven children, Mr. Marcellus Myles, Ms. Alicia Clark and Ms. Gabrielle Cheney all of Butler, GA, Ms. Korneisha Draine, Mr. Marcus Tamplin, Ms. Jacqueline Tamplin and Mr. Luther Tamplin all of Thomaston, GA; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bennie Jordan of Thomaston, GA; one brother, Mr. Roy Rouseau of Thomaston, GA; a devoted caregiver, Ms. Conswella Parks of Thomason, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law included, Mrs. Jackie Ferguson, Mr. Curtis (Cathy) Draine, Mrs. Carrie (Jessie) Maines, Mrs. Rebecca (Charles) Durham, Mr. David (Carol) Draine and Mrs. Nancy Rouseau all of Thomaston, GA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
