Mrs. Eloise Reviere Evans was born to the late Mr. Tommy Reviere, Sr. and Mrs. Beatrice Chambles Reviere on February 6, 1943 in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia. At an early age, she joined the Fellowship Baptist Church where her family all worshiped.
She attended public school in Upson County, attending Fellowship Elementary and Drake High School. She earned the title of Ms. Drake High in her graduating class of 1962. After high school, she attended LPN school at Gillespie Seiden School of Nursing in Cordelle, GA. She graduated from the internship school in Waycross, GA.
Eloise lived and worked in Atlanta, GA. with Mr. Henry G. Evans until he preceded her in death. She was the mother of two sons, Marshawn and Marcus. She was a faithful and dedicated worker to help to provide for her family. The two of them made it possible for the boys to attend college. They also raised a nephew, Gary Pennyman. She lived in her home and was relocated to Carson, CA approximately 5 years ago and passed away in Long Beach, CA at a hospice facility.
She was preceded in death by her memory, two sons, Marshawn Evans and Marcus Evans; one brother, Tommy Reviere, Jr. and one sister, Sarah Reviere Wilder; one aunt, Janie Reviere Weaver; four sisters-in-law Johnnie Wilson, Allene Bentley, Shirley Bates, and Viola Reviere; one brother-in-law, Tom Evans (Loretta); and a host of dedicated nieces and nephews that loved her dearly. We all have been grieving since she was relocated to California and now at her death, We love you Eloise, and we will see you in the morning.
