Obituary For Ms. Earnestine "Tine" Walker

Ms. Earnestine Walker, more affectionately known as “Tine,” was born on November 14, 1956 to the late Lelia Bell Davison Walker and the late Mr. Solomon Walker, Sr. in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia.

She attended Upson High School and furthered her education at Flint River Technical School. At an early age, she joined Friendship Baptist Church where she faithfully sung in the Friendship Youth Choir. In her leisure time, she enjoyed watching television, cooking, sewing, taking care of her nieces and nephews and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Solomon Walker, Jr., Norris Walker and Marvin Walker; two sisters Betty Jean Walker and Patricia Walker. On Thursday, November 9, 2023, the Lord called her name. She answered the call an went home to eternal rest.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three brothers, Mr. Willie James Walker, Mr. Tony (Elaine) Walker both of Thomaston, GA and Mr. Emory (Brenda) Woodard of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Mrs. Vickey Walker McCarthy of Thomaston, GA; two sister-in-law, Mrs. Shelia Walker and Mrs. Robyn Walker both of Thomaston, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
