Ms. Lora Lee Cook was born on January 4, 1973, to Mrs. Laura Patricia Cook and Mr. Aaron Lee Ragland in Detroit, Michigan. She received her education in the public school of Upson County and attended Upson High School.
She joined the Saint Mary A.M.E Church under the leadership of Pastor Coleman Dumas III. She then joined his ministry at Stone Well Worship Center. She remained a faithful member as long as her health allowed.
She was the mother of one son, Aaron Devonte Smith. To support her family, she was employed at Wendy's Restaurant as a cashier.
During her leisure time, Lora enjoyed cooking, listening to music, writing poetry and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Mrs. Rosa Cook and Mr. David Cook, paternal grandparents, Mr. Hosie Lee Ragland, Sr. and Mrs. Adee Ragland. On Friday, August 8, 2025, the Lord saw his daughter had suffered long enough. He whispered her name; she answered the call and her spirit returned back to the Father.
