"Buddy" and I became friends through his Gary, Indiana cousin Velita Norwood-Spencer when we were teenagers. We three would laugh a lot. I saw Buddy in recent years, and it was great to see and talk to him. Now it hurts he is gone. He will be missed by everyone. I pray for his family. FROM ONE VETERAN TO ANOTHER, GOODNIGHT SOLIDER!!! On behalf of the Park Jr. High School Reunion Committee and the entire PJ High Family, we are so saddened by the sudden passing of our brother and classmate Clarence Thompson. I remember how excited he was to attend one of our last reunion celebrations at the Bistro. He was overjoyed to see so many classmates and teachers that he had not seen in many years. He said, "hey T, take my picture with Ms. Stephens" and I'm so glad I did. We will cherish that picture forever. Rest well classmate. You will be missed. We love you. ~ Minister Tabace Burns & The Entire Park Jr. High Family
