Miss Virginia was one of the best- if not the best- part of my day each day at the Court. Her laughter and positive attitude was like no other. I'll miss her reminders each day that "it's all good, love!" A special soul.
Ms Virginia, I will miss seeing your smile at the end of the day after court. Your smile and laughter could brighten any room. Before leaving the courtroom, I would yell, "love ya" and she would always yell back "Lova Ya!" You will be dearly missed by your Court Family.
I grew up knowing Virginia through my stepdad John Williams that worked with her at the Federal courthouse through the years she cared for me as if I was her own and my family loved her I am deeply saddened by her passing and send my deepest condolences to her family
I worked with Virginia for 8 years at Baptist Hospital. Then went to UT Hospital and worked with Virginia till she retired from UT Hospital. She was a loving and cheerful person she always had you laughing and she will be missed.
From the Dixon family, thank you so very much for all your kind words, memories, & heartfelt expressions. We have been so blessed with smiles reading the words of comfort listed! We are so glad that we could share our mother with you all, and she loved you dearly, just as much as you've loved her. Thanks again for your care & support during this difficult time.

Ms. Virginia loved everyone so well. She was such a bright light. The courthouse won't be the same without her. Praying for her friends and family.
I worked with "Ms. Virginia" at the Courthouse. She was always so kind and fun-spirited. She will be greatly missed.
What a woman, I worked with Virginia for about 12 years at the court house. We would banter back and forth each time we would see each other during the day. Of course she thought she always got the better of me but I never gave her the satisfaction, believe me she could give as much as she took and I loved it. Yes we were fellow smart as____. Virginia was old school, tough and had a lovely soul. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly. I know I was blessed to know her and to know God has called her home. Oh and she knows I'm still not writing any checks 😉❤️

To Virginia's family: I am so sorry for your loss, and, in my opinion, it is a GIGANTIC loss. I was privileged to get to know "Mama Gigi", as she told me to call her, when I came to work at the Federal Courthouse in 2014. Mama Gigi was bigger than life itself. She had a heart of gold and ALWAYS had a smile on her face. Your Mom/Sister/Aunt/Friend was one of my most favorite people and I absolutely love her! When we would see each other, we always gave each other a hug, we always said "I love you" when we were departing each other's company. She was an angel here on earth. I never heard her complain even when she was going through all the chemo/radiation treatments, she was always very strong and such a fighter. I will miss her greatly! Prayers for her entire family. She has now received her angel wings. She will be remembered forever by me. RIP Mama Gigi, I love you big!
I will miss your laughter, joking with the CSO's, enjoying treats, and sharing the bench seat with you. One of the strongest women I have ever had the pleasure to know. Memories of you make me smile. Thank you Virginia.
You will forever be in my heart Virginia. Thank you for sharing your love & laughter with us on a daily basis. The workplace will never be the same.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
