FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 912 31st St E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405. Rev. George Allen will officiate. Mrs. Russell will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m.
