He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Jackie Burns; sister, Mary Scarborough; aunt, Bessie Jenkins; children, William Culbreath, Angela Fleming, Shavallia Radley, Javondus Perkins, Javonti Perkins, Tiericka Perkins, Whitney Perkins, Jamaro Perkins and Chenell Dixon; devoted friends, Jeremiah Johnson, Larry Burns and Robert Lee Harrison; a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service, 12 Noon Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Waters Funeral Home, 1408 Columbia Ave., Franklin, TN. Elder Howard Rucker, officiating.
