Chelsea was an avid reader and loved music. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Chelsea was beautiful inside and out. She cared for those around her; lending a hand or a smile where she could. She was as smart as she was beautiful. She always was finding new ways to keep learning and living. She learned to crochet this past year.
In April 2024, Chelsea was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Her witty sense of humor stayed with her as she jokingly said, โThis was not on my Bingo card.โ Chelsea went through a year of treatment which impacted her physically but did not shake her spiritually. She remained steadfast in her belief in His everlasting love. On April 13, 2025, Chelsea went home to be with the Lord. She is now reunited, her father Willie Neal, Jr., grandfather Willie Neal, Sr. grandmother Kathleen Neal, grandfather James Montgomery, brother C.J., Uncles Dennis Chambers, Roderick Jackson and Bryne Jackson.

It seems like only yesterday I was bringing you into this world. Our path as Mother and Daughter may have went down a path that neither one of us ever thought it would but there wasn't a single day that went by that you weren't on my mind or in my heart. I will always and forever remember your beautiful smile and your laughter... and although you are gone I will always love you and you will never be forgotten. I'm gonna miss you for the rest of my life. I love you Chelsea LeAnn Mann.
I'm had the honor and blessing to meet and spent a day with Chelsea while working with her Dad Jerry Bundy in 2023. Being a Dad of daughters myself, we Dad's really find great joy when we are with our daughters. It's not the same being with our sons. I found Chelsea to be a very energetic, caring, and engaging young woman that made our day together a worthwhile wonderful memory. There is a saying, "whenever you hear a bell ring an Earth Angel earns their wings. Chelsea was an Earth Angel, being with her that day was an Angel's blessed day for me. This time Chelsea hear a voice from GOD, and now she has her heavenly wings. Continue to bless us all from on high. Blessings and Sincere Condolences Lionel Je Woodyard & Family

Hey, Chelsea I did not imagine writing this so soon. It was hard for me to find the words to piece together. Just know you are going to be truly missed. You brought such a light into my life. Didn't know on a football field I would gain a friend. We watched our boys grow up right before our eyes and off to high they will be going.I couldn't have done this life of parenting a son without you. So thank you for sharing your life with me. This poem has brought me words of encouragement and some peace.
I Am Free Don't grieve for me for now I'm free, I'm following the path God laid for me I took his hand when I heard him call, I turned my back and left it all I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work or play Tasks left undone must stay that way, I've found that peace at the close of day If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish for you the sunshine of tomorrow My life's been full, I've savored much, Good friends, good times, my loved one's touch If my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen it now with undue grief Lift up your heart, rejoice with me, God wanted me now, He set me free. Love you always and after -Todne & Jarrett Jr.
