Anthony was educated in Guilford County Schools, where he also was very active in extracurricular activities which included running track, playing football and wrestling for Mendehall Middle School and Page High School. He was an enthusiastic Bruce Lee fan and appreciated watching Kung Fu shows. He will be best remembered as the clever jokester who loved to make people smile; a master chef who specialized in many dishes; and the fisherman who everyone wanted at their fish fry.

Rest in Paradise Uncle Pregnant Man 💕 I remember when we went fishing with Uncle Darel and I caught a turtle and you and mom wouldn't let me bring it home. I just wanted to rub it all the time and watch it die cause I knew nothing about taking care of a pet. I just saw you the weekend before you passed and you got to see my baby boy and give him some love from his Great Pop Pregnant Man lol. I miss you so much already! You were my trash talking Steelers teammate who loved to call and terrorize mom with me! I love you so much ❤️ Forever! Love Callie P.S. the last message is from mom, she forgot to sign her name. 😂
Anthony, we have been friends forever it seems. We used to talk about everything under the sun. You always had a smiling face and kind words no matter what was going on in my life. You were a dear friend. I know that you are in a better place and I am so glad we got to see each other and talked on the phone a couple nights before you got your wings. I'm gonna miss you a lot and I'll always remember the good times. Rest in Heavenly Peace my friend.💔💜🙏🏽
May the Herbin Family find peace and comfort in God's work. Pam and Timmy.

God needed a specific angel, and not anyone would do. Although He makes no mistakes, it sucks knowing that angel was you. That smile that could brighten any day is now providing extra light in Heaven, and for that I won't complain because it's guiding the path for us down here to walk in.
Now you can get the best rest of your life and I know you are resting well. We love you cousin Anthony — absent from our eyes, but present in our hearts.
With much love forever...
Shequita Matier Banks
Our prayers are going up for you and all of the family during this sad time. Anthony will be missed by everyone he touched. He was loved by so many. We love you cousin, call us if you need anything. Cousin Mel and Mattie
Uncle Anthony I will never forget when Louise called you to come over and be that positive role model/male figure for Peewee and then he got a whooping for stealing 25 cent laffy taffys and reselling them in the Hamps for much more lol....Everytime I spent the summer at my sister Alanda house, every time I saw u at Louise house, every bday party, every family gathering you always showed me love and treated me like the rest of your nieces. So yes you have always been Uncle Anthony to me. Im so glad u stopped by and I saw you at my dad bday party not knowing that would be our last encounter. I love u and will miss you but we know that you are in a better place.
Uncle Anthony, You are truly going to be missed. It's crazy because I was just talking to my mama, and she got off the phone because you were calling. I will forever keep the memories from Hampton homes when my mama would bring me over aunt Louise house. I still remember you coming to Pennsylvania to visit me while helping my mama move up there. You will forever be miss. Love, Lequita aka Ms.Moe
My condolences to my family. May God continue to bless you and keep you safe. My prayers are with you. All my love
To the family of the late Anthony Herman, I would like to send my condolences and prayers to you at this time and I pray that God gives you strength to get through. I remember Anthony from Smith homes when I lived there, he was a very nice gentleman who loved to laugh and cut up. As the obituary said he was always a jokester and he will truly be missed. Rest in peace Anthony, you are now in the hands of your loving father!!!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️
Uncle Anthony You will be truly missed. I remember the long conversation we had after Shannon funeral like it was just yesterday I hated to end it. Not to mention the long phone calls we would have, although we were miles away from each other. To hear you are gone hurts my heart bad but I know God has everything under control and needed you more than we do. Love your Niece Red ❤️🌹❤️🌹
Uncle Anthony, The timing of your death gives me chills. You and Shannon passed the same exact day. Wow! It's amazing how God does things! You will be missed! I'm going to miss seeing you in your black and yellow Steelers jacket talking junk to me before you can even get out of the car good. 😂 I'm going to miss hearing you tell Uncle Darrel to hurry up before he gets left. 😂 I'm so glad that you stopped by the house to check on Ashton and I not too long ago. ♥️ Kiss Shannon for me! Tell him that I love and miss him so, so, so much. Rest peacefully Unc! We love you!!!!!!!! Your niece, Alexis
The fact that GOD called you home the same day as Shannon just a year later leaves me speechless. You will truly be missed from the jokes & the fried fish that I will never stop talking about lol forever in my ❤️
