Elder David Boyd Jr. 89, of Belhaven, North Carolina was called to rest on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Greendale Forest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Snow Hill, NC
Viewing hours begins Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. He will lie in State at Pentecostal Holiness Church for viewing at 1:00 PM, Saturday.
His Service & Military Honors is 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 1, 2025 at New Hope Pentecostal Holiness Faith Church 151 Beaufort St., Pantego, NC. The interment will follow at Northside Cemetery, Lee St. Belhaven, North Carolina.
He is survived by his son, Frederick Boyd (Erma) of Mesquite, TX; sister, Idallia Bunch (Heywood), Boston MA; niece, Yvonne Selby, Belhaven, NC; nephew, Pastor Stephen Boyd Sr. (Crystal), New Bern; brother-in-law, Allen Williams, Bronx, NY; sister-in-law, Jennifer Winfield, Plymouth.
