Davina Morris Wharton 🕊💜 🙏 On Monday, April 13th you were called home to heaven and I still have no words to truly express how you will be unbelievably missed and how deeply you are loved. We have been best friends - truly sisters since the 6th grade.

When my Mom passed, we talked and reminisced about how she made us dinner each time you came over. We got our first jobs together, our first cars together. We made so many unforgettable, amazing memories together. We were in each other's wedding parties. Throughout our journey in life we celebrated our triumphs and defeats. We laughed and cried together.

Our last words to each other was "I Love You, I Love You too". Now I will never be able to call you to hear "Hi Beautiful, How you doing Trè?" I won't be able to say "Hi Babygirl, What's going on with you?" Find my Mom in heaven and ask her to make the BBQ ribs & cabbage you love so much. As always and forever, prayers & love to your entire Morris-Wharton family.

Bishop Mark, I offer my sincere condolences to you and your family during this most heart felt and difficult time. Pastor Davina was such a beautiful soul inside out with an anointing that came directly from the throne of God. She was genuine and her eyes and smile made you feel her sincerity. She was truly the epitome of a "God favored" woman and her legacy will continue to live on. I would like to send a Heartfelt condolence to Pastor Wharton's Family during this difficult time. My first time meeting her was under a similar circumstance. Bishop and Pastor Wharton traveled to Nashville, TN to support a member of their church and our family. The way she spoke at my mom's service, was so warm and comforting- it was definitely a lasting impression. May you all find Peace and Comfort in the days to come.
