Please accept my deepest sympathy for the passing of your loved one. While you are grieving your loss; I hope you will find some comfort in Jesus promise to raise up those who are now sleeping in death(John 11:11)restoring them back to life, with the hope of eternal life, on the renewed Paradise earth.-John 5:28,29; Luke 23:43. Until that blessed promise is fulfilled, may Jehovah God grant you peace and comfort, now; during this time of sorrow.-Matthew 5:4.
Some people enter this world with a gift that is meant to be shared with those they touch. Ms. Hill no doubt possessed that gift as is evident in the family she leaves behind. May you know her love is ever present and the God that blessed you to call her Mom, Grandmom, or Great Grandmom will give you comfort in your time of sorrow. I pray for His Rich Blessings to be with you during this time.
It seems very unfair that death has the power to take our loved ones. Just the thought of never talking, laughing, or holding our loved ones again can be very difficult. I have found great comfort in knowing the Bible holds outs a beautiful and wonderful hope for us. The scriptures indicate it is possible to be reunited with our dead loved ones again right here on earth under very peaceful and righteous conditions. To believe in such a promise we would need to be certain that the one promising this most beautiful and comforting hope is willing and able to fulfill it. To learn more about this promise I do invite you to read the brochure entitled, 'Can the Dead Really Live Again?' You may find this brochure free of charge at the following link: http://www.jw.org/en/publications/books/dead-live-again-tract/dead-live-again/ I do hope you and your family will enjoy its profound message and the promise to us.
I'm sorry for your loss. Death is such a hateful and ugly event. But Gods words in the Bible give us future hope at Isaiah 25:8 where HE promises to wipe away our tears and swallow up death forever. May you find comfort from Gods words in the Bible.
