Reverend Carnel Daniel “CD” Pearson,78, of New Bern was called to rest Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Gail Nobles Pearson of the home; one daughter, Michelle Tune, New Bern, NC; three sons, Delton Harris, Charlotte, NC, Daniel Pearson, New Bern, NC and Joshua Pearson, Charlotte, NC; one sister Mildred Dillahunt, New Bern, NC; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

To the family l extend my prayers and condolences to you. This is hard to believe. I just saw him and talked with him last Tuesday at the doctor's office. We had a lovely conversation. I had not seen him in quite some time and to learn of his passing is shocking. I pray that the Lord comfort you all during this difficult time. 🙏❤️🙏
